Love can make us feel all types of emotions. Not only the good ones but also the ones which hurt and nevertheless makes us feel more human than ever. It is this strong passion for another person that allows us to feel and experience such great joy as well as pain.

I thought for this one, I should take you on a journey from the realisation of the relationship ending, to feeling all the pain and confusion, and then to either reconciling back with the partner, moving on or to waiting on the other person.

Justin Beiber is new in the biz and he became famous from youtube. He was a little tyke back when he did such amazing covers of songs such as Chris Brown's 'With You'. He's had two singles out prior to this called One Less Lonely Girl and also One Time. This song has got to be my fave from him so far. It has a bouncy rhythm to it, kind of reminds me of Sean Kingston's and also Iyaz's sounds.

Apologize - One Republic feat. Unknown
I know apologize is an oldie, but this version is a new discovery i found a while back. It features an unknown rapper who did a great job in portraying the pain when being played upon. I love, love, love the rapping lyrics!


21 Guns - Green Day
Green Day have always been a fave rock band for me. 21 Guns sounds a bit softer than their previous songs.


Below is a more orchestral version Green Day did with the cast of American Idiot. Love this version! The women singing are really good!


Cant Wait to Hate You - The Dream
The Dream actually had written a version of this song for Mariah Carey. He liked it as well so he also made himself his own version of the song. I think The Dream's version seems more real, more sincere. He is the songwriter after all.

Drake is an upcoming artist to watch! He has had several successful hits such as Best I Ever Had, Forever, Say Something and Houstatlantavegas. The most inspiring part of his story is that he got famous the old fashioned way. Made a mixtape, people liked it, got serious radio play time, all without the need of a big record label/deal! Hardwork and passion can take you places~
